The office is the epicentre of the Stramongate Press operation. From it all clients are liased with, quotations made, jobs taken in and booked in and telephone, email and fax queries dealt with. The office is open from 9am to 5pm weekdays although sometimes we can be caught leaving a little earlier on a Friday! Once jobs are booked in they can be tracked, just telephone us and we can let you know at what stage your job is at.

We wouldn’t be able to do all this if it wasn’t for the print management software we use called Accura. This holds all our data regarding clients, quotations and orders. With our previous package that we still run we can even look back on the details of jobs and quotes as far back as 1989!! Accura allows us to provide accurate quotes, quickly and effectively which is something that in this day and age is a necessity. We aim to provide all quotes within 2 hours with the exception of more complicated quotes that require sourcing outwork items or services from other suppliers.

It is no problem if a paper sample or dummy mock up is required. These can be obtained from us free of charge. If we do not have the correct paper in our own stocks then our expert paper suppliers can provide such samples the next working or make dummies of the of job in the exact format even using the exact stock required. This if often invaluable to visualise the final job.

We can let you know straight away over the telephone any details regarding the last print run from the date ordered and material used to the total cost.

Ordering reprints couldn’t be easier as our software holds all the data regarding the job so all that is needed to be done is telephone, fax or email what the job is and we can provide a reprint quotation and book in the repeat job within minutes.
